The DT Division of Cultural Heritage provides a wide variety of services so that we can meet the complex demands of cultural institutions. We customize our systems and services so that we can tailor a solution specifically to fulfill the requirements of your particular digitization project. We understand that needs evolve over time and we have designed our systems modularly so we can add and upgrade your solution as time goes by. Consultation Services
We begin our process with a needs assessment to determine what type of solution will be appropriate for your digitization projects. We will review your current setup including your workflow and metadata, discuss your concerns and obstacles, and come up with a strategy that will address those needs – and stay within your budget.
System Integration
Once your customized solution has been approved, we will personally install and configure all the equipment including the system, cameras, digital backs, lenses, accessories, and computers. We will make sure that our systems integrate optimally with your current equipment and that everything is operating properly. We will train your staff on how to use the systems and help set up an efficient workflow. We will be there for you every step of the way so that after installation is complete your staff will be comfortable to begin digitizing your collections immediately.
Specialty Services
We have long-standing experience in color management, process control, asset management, as well as fine art digitization. We also offer a variety of image quality kits, targets and software with extended service plans that are easy to use and adhere to the most rigid image quality standards. During installation we can provide a variety of strategies and tools that will optimize your solution and productivity.
FADGI Compliance
Our systems consistently achieve or exceed 4 star performance levels for image quality as specified by the Federal Agencies Digitization Guidelines Initiative (FADGI).

Continuing Care Program
Our most valuable attribute is our dedication to our clients. We are committed to providing technical support for as long as you are utilizing our systems. We are available via phone, email, web help desk, and live online chat. We will analyze your files to help diagnose issues and provide loaner units when necessary.
Our technical support staff has been thoroughly trained to service our cultural heritage clients. They are always available to answer questions, provide training, and troubleshoot any problems you might experience.
